By accessing or using driplins.com and related services (together, “Driplins”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Driplins.

Driplins is a search engine for fashion webshops worldwide. We index publicly available product and category pages from independent shops and help you find the right product, category or shop. When you select a result, you are sent directly to the shop's own website.

Using Driplins is free. No account is required to search, save items or use our tools.

Driplins does not sell, ship or deliver any products and is not a party to any purchase you make. Each purchase is a contract solely between you and the shop. The shop is responsible for:

• the product, its quality, sizing and authenticity;
• payment, delivery, customs and import duties;
• returns, refunds, warranties and consumer rights;
• its own terms of sale and privacy practices.

Please read the shop's own terms before buying.

We show prices exactly as published by the shop, in the shop's own currency. We do not convert, estimate or round prices. A price is only displayed after we have confirmed it with the shop; otherwise it is left out.

Shops change prices, discounts and stock frequently. The price, availability, delivery countries and description shown on the shop's website at checkout always prevail. Price-drop notifications are informational and do not guarantee a price.

Our AI tools generate style suggestions and product matches automatically. Suggestions are for inspiration only, may be imperfect, and are not professional advice. Images you upload are processed only to produce results for you; do not upload images of other people without their permission or content you do not have the right to share.

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy or resell our index, results or data in bulk;
• overload, probe or disrupt our systems, or bypass security measures;
• use Driplins for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes;
• submit content that is illegal, offensive or infringes others' rights.

We may restrict access for anyone who breaches these terms.

The Driplins name, logo, design and software belong to Driplins. Product names, photos, logos and descriptions belong to the respective shops and brands and are shown only to help you find and visit their pages.

Listing a shop does not mean it is endorsed by, affiliated with or sponsored by Driplins, and the ranking of results is not paid for. Shop or brand owners who want a listing corrected or removed can contact us, and we will act promptly.

Driplins is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep results accurate but cannot guarantee that every result is complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from purchases from, or the content of, third-party shops.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

We may update Driplins and these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are handled by the Danish courts, without affecting any mandatory right you have to bring a claim in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
